Large vintage ornate floral antique gold tone brooch with vibrant sapphire blue and bright red rhinestone accents. In this piece, I love the huge oval blue rhinestone in the centre, set with an open back to let the light penetrate. This piece is large, with a length of 2.25 inches and a width of 1.75 inches. It fastens with a simple hook clasp and pin on the reverse. This is a superb brooch probably dating from the 1920s / 1930s and the classic Art Deco period of Czech costume jewellery: a fabulous piece collectable jewellery. It is in very good vintage condition.
